Denver Water's $125 & $25 Rebate Offer

In February 2008, Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating received a communication from Denver Water. We are anxious to share it with you. Denver Water is offering to qualified customers a rebate on certain high-efficiency and low-flow toilets. We are here to assist you through this process so you will qualify. We will talk you through the features and benefits of each recommended toilet style and brand that meets Denver Water’s requirements.

“Denver Water is offering its residential customers a $125 rebate for certain models of high-efficiency toilets and a $25 rebate for certain models of low-flow (1.6 gpf) toilets to help them be ‘Tap+Smart’ and use only what they need.

The 2008 rebate program has strict eligibility requirements. Denver Water uses a qualifying model list generated by the CUWCC (www.cuwcc.org), an independent third party testing organization. Toilets that have low scores on the Maximum Performance (MaP) test do not qualify for rebates and thus are not listed.

Please read the rules and lists of eligible products. Pay special attention to the following requirements:

• Rebates apply only to qualifying items purchased between January 1 - December 31, 2008.

• Rebate forms must be submitted to Denver Water within 90 days of purchase date.

• This rebate is offered to customers who buy treated water from Denver Water, either directly or indirectly. The customer's water provider must be listed on Denver Water's rebate form to be eligible for a Denver Water rebate. This list is subject to change. If in doubt, check Denver Water's Web site for the most current rebate form list.

• The list of eligible toilets changes and is updated frequently (about once a month), as new toilet models become eligible or older models are discontinued. The most current rebate form list will be posted on Denver Water's Web site.

• The model numbers for both the tank and bowl must match the application eligibility list exactly.”
