Matt did an excellent job and was very patient with all my questions. He is obviously very qualified. I am very pleased with the work he performed.
First, the actual work that was performed was, for the most part, excellent. Matt Garcia, who handled the electrical work, was outstanding. We are very happy with the brand products put in. However, unfortunately, communication was a real problem. We were originally told the job would take one day, only to find out the electrician who was originally scheduled was not coming. No one told us this. Finally, after two phone calls, we were rescheduled for the electrical work. then, no one showed up on time. After a couple of hours, I called the office to talk to Sarah, who would not take my call, nor has ever responded. I had to get quite angry. Then, everything happened immediately, and the job was completed in an excellent matter. Major communication failure. Only other glitch is the pad was not seated properly under the air conditioner, so that has to be worked on. Hopefully, I will not have to call repeatedly to get that done. Was told it would be taken care of but not when. We have used Blue Sky for years and have been very happy with their work. Still happy with the actual work, but not happy with the lack of communication.
Blue Sky, this is our second project with your Company/Team. Your customer service from the moment you call, is personable and knowledgeable, and has the focus on meeting your needs. Today we needed your techs/plumbing specialist to repair a leaking faucet we could not resolve by ourselves. Mr. Bill Connor and his apprentice Culton arrived promptly, ready to work. The provided us with a plan, we reviewed the "fix", and mentored us on future care. Good, focused, and proud to have the gentlemen in our home. And...we were delighted that all costs were discussed and reviewed prior to the project moving forward. Very impressed by the respect and knowledge provided us.

I had a really tough plumbing issue due a break in my cold water line. Bill fixed the line quickly in an almost impossible to get to location. There is no way I could have fixed it myself. Excellent experience!

Bill C. did an extremely thorough job of inspecting and servicing our furnace. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in layman's terms. He made us aware of how we need to change out batteries in our thermostat, and the importance of installing a CO2 detector in our bedroom (we only had one in the lower level, believing that was sufficient for the whole house). He has excellent customer service!!
Chuck arrived promptly this morning. Took about 3-5 min to find the problem. Had it fixed, and checked out my humidifier also. Then he spent some time answering several questions that I have. This guy truly knows what he's talking about and is very helpful. Recommend that you request him when you call Blue Sky . I only hope that Blue Sky is paying him enough. Wouldn't want to lose him.
Our furnace was out in minus 6 degree weather. I called Jamie at about 6 or 7 at night in a snowstorm. A tech could not get out to our home until the following day but that was understandable due to the weather. Jamie was very professional and thorough. The tech was also very knowledgable and professional. We were happy to be warm again! Thank you!
