We’ll visit your home before excavation day to map out the trenches. For safety, we locate your plumbing, electric, and natural gas supply lines. We’ll ask professionals within each industry to mark or flag your yard. If your pets use the backyard, please let us know. You’ll want to stow lawn furniture and accessories. It could be noisy and busy during excavation day, so you may need to make arrangements for your pets and family ahead of time.
When our crew arrives on excavation day, they’ll first decide how to handle our equipment and trench work so there’s minimal impact to your yard. For example, tarps will be laid under dirt piles to preserve your lawn.
